PLAN COMPLETION

Upon completion of the Landscape Plan either prints or a PDF of the plan is made. If a print is desired it is an additional cost and is presented to the owner and payment in total is required. If rather a PDF electronic copy of the plan is desired, it will be emailed to the client upon receipt of payment.

PLAN PRESENTATION

When a printed plan is desired we meet at your home or business to present the Landscape Plan. If you like we can get quotes for installation or you can contact Landscape Contractors directly. We can also recommend contactors we regularly work with. If you prefer you can do-it-yourself if you have the time and talents. Plan Completion Next…..

PLAN PREPARATION

After we walk the property with you we will measure all elements involved within the area to be designed. These are measured off static points like house corners or trees or property lines. Most projects require cad drawn plans that we prepare at our office. Turn-around time can be anywhere from 3 business days to 2 weeks, depending on our workload and schedule, most are finished within 7 work days. Larger designs can require a Concept Plan. INITIAL CONTACT VIA PHONE, TEXT OR EMAIL PHONP Discussion of the scope of your project; with your goals and general desires for the landscape or garden space you have in mind. We also discuss our hourly fee. We set up an on site visit either in person on by video call. This usually takes 30-90 minutes.We give you an initial evaluation of your home or business’s potential.
